Cut-away drawing produced from design refs and photos
There is often a need to produce a cut-away drawing of a production item. Drawing
is usually less expensive than literally cutting a section out of the actual
product and then cleaning and 'finding' the internal components.
Drawings can be produced from CAD but there is a problem, drawings from CAD often lack 'life'.
CorelDraw and Photoshop can be used to create cut-aways from photograph and
working diagramms. They can be made to look alive with matt or reflective surfaces,
textures and highlights.
The drawing below could be made to have near infinite detail if necessary.
